Hi, I'm Leonie.
I'm a Kent based, BACP registered counsellor offering sessions both face to face and online. I provide support with emotional difficulty or distress. My approach is an integrative form of counselling, including person centered, psychodynamic, existential, relational and cognitive approaches. |
I believe that we are all unique and working in an integrative way enables me to provide counselling tailored to you and your situation.
Counselling offers a safe space for you to gently explore things that you may be finding difficult and creates a place to allow for more clarity and awareness within a non-judgemental environment.

The First Session...
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and that this can in itself enable people to make changes and provides a base which can utilised outside therapy. |It is important that we both feel that we can work together, and therefore our first session can be our chance to explore this. It is vital that you work with someone who is right for you and you feel comfortable with.
With this in mind, you can have an initial 20 minute phone call and decide if you would like to book a first session. There is no obligation to work together and this initial first session is a chance for me to ask general questions to gain an understanding of you as a person, how I work and the space for questions you may have.
